HPBC DEFENSIVE CAMP

What really wins games? Most coaches will tell you that d-e-f-e-n-s-e wins games, especially down the stretch. Our High Potential Blue-Chip Defensive Camp will take place July 10-11 at Georgetown College in Georgetown, KY. Everyone cannot be a good offensive player but everyone can be a good defensive player. Coaches will often have their top defenders in the game during the last quarter of a game since defense and not offense usually wins close games. Our staff will teach the little things on defense that will be difference-makers for campers. A player's stock rises if he or she can defend on and off the ball. For more information on our defensive camp, go to the below tab.

HPBC POINT GUARD CAMP

The call or email that I get the most from college recruiters is their need for point guards. Why? 99% of coaches at all levels will tell you that the point guard is the most important position on the team and is an extension of the coach on the floor. Our High Potential/Blue-Chip Point Guard Camp will take place July 10-11 at Georgetown College in Georgetown, KY. Our themes this summer are the following: First, for the point guard to see the entire floor from the moment he or she get their hands on the ball once it is rebounded on the defensive end. A second area we will focus on is for the floor general to know his or her teammates in terms of strengths and weaknesses. Our extensive drills will help the camper become a better lead guard after two days. See below for more information on our point guard camp.

HPBC PG CAMP (BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS)

HPBC POST CAMP

The High Potential/Blue-Chip Post Camp is set for June 24-25 at Georgetown College in Georgetown, KY. Although the point guard is considered the most important player on the team overall, once the ball enters pass half-court, the post becomes the most important player. Over the two days of this camp, the camper will learn offensive moves that will make him or her more relevant in their team's offense. For more information on the post camp which will definitely help one improve on both ends of the court, go to the below tab.

HPBC SHOOTING/OFFENSIVE MOVES CAMP

The High Potential/Blue-Chip Camp will offer four specialty camps this summer. In this blog, I will be describing our Shooting/Offensive Moves Camp at Georgetown College in Georgetown, KY, June 24-25. This summer we are going to take this camp a step further by teaching offensive moves as well as shooting which we just focused on in past years. It is not only important to shoot but to have a variety of moves to keep one's defender off guard. College coaches are looking more and more to recruit the complete and versatile shooter regardless of one's position. For more information on this camp, go to the below tab.
